Beyond the progress made, there are still very delicate points to be resolved in the process. One of them, without doubt, concerns the legal framework that decides the fate of the guerrillas, many of them accused of crimes that are not susceptible to being left in impunity. How to solve the problem between the application of justice and the demobilization of a guerrilla that would hardly contemplate the option of dialogue if its future were the prison?
