Developing listening skills

For me, it is very hard to use listening activities because I do not have the tools for doing them in my school so I try to be the source for making them listen well because if I read something I ask them about it and it is the way I do it in class. Sometimes I ask them to get words or phrases they listen to movies or games for guiding them into another source of the language.
