Songs

I have not taught young learners for quite a while, but I do consider all language teachers should include songs in their lessons regardless their level or age. Songs contain authentic language and they provide valuable speaking, listening and language practice in and out of the classroom.

I often use drills in class, especially to practise pronunciation of new lexis. I realised they like to know how to pronounce new vocabulary. Although I teach just adults, I consider children enjoy doing drills.
