The eldiario.es publishs that the difference in salaries between women and men is maintaidned at all levels of training.
The average salary of men was 25,727 € per year compared to 19,744 € for women.
The survey published shows that this defference extends independently of the type of contract, working day, education, or age group.
The professor of Labor and Social Security Law at the University of Oviedo Carolina Martínez has pointed sexist segregation, the valuation of work and the distribution of domestic task as the three keys that explain the gender gap.
