My worst shopping experience was when I bought a little frozen. I carrried it to my house and when I plugged, the frozen didn´t work. Then I had to return it to the shopping Mall. Finally, the store changed it for a new one but I had to wait a month.

My bad shopping experience was when I wanted to give back some chocolates in a big department store. I politely asked to the cashier if she could help me to find the chocolates into my bag beacuse I hadn't my glasses and I had bought several kind of chocolates, so I couldn't find them, but she answered me. 'Sorry lady I can't. This is your bag' and she stayed looking at me as if she wanted me to go ...The funniest part of this sketch was the poster behind her. It said ' We are here to help you'
