Bullfighting a sport or ritual

Bullfighting is a traditional sport in different places as Spain.In some places of Spain is considered a regional culture. It started probably at the Roman period. Sometimes and should be seen as an art form. Some Criticisms consider bullfighters a ritual because the bull is being killed in different manners.
Bulls are killed to be eaten by abattoirs than die in the bullring. There are many abattoirs who operate in a less than effective manner. The focus on banning bullfighting as being particularly cruel is misplaced. It is thought is a cruel sport where people killed bulls.
I think it could be considered a risky sport because the abattoirs are in danger when they are closed to the bulls.

I think that bullfighting is neither a sport nor a ritual; it is a degrading practice. I don,t like animals or bulls in special way, but i ,m afraid of the cruelty of the bullfighting.Also, I think that the bull is in inferiority of conditions than the bullfighter.

Bullfighting is used to promote the Spanish culture, so different from the Catalan one. In Catalonia, bullfighting is not allowed by law.
