I remember once, I was at that clothes store with my boyfriend, choosing a dress, because a friend of mine was going to get married, and it wasn´t an easy election; that was because the marriage was going to be a casual ceremony, but no so much casual, it was going to be an elegant event too...something in the middle. So, I was trying to select the right choice...
In this store we were in, there was this sales person, a girl, who was trying to convince me to get a white dress that I was looking, but I wasn´t convinced enough...so, I just said to her that it wasn´t the right option after all. And then, she said to me: "-well, you are not going to buy it, anyway!", and she was confronting me when she told me that, and looking at me in the eye. I think she was trying to make some kind of "inverse phsichology", ha, ha. I stayed cool, and even tooked the time to explain her: -"well, no, you know, I am looking for something no so casual like this one, something a little more elegant, but thank you!" Inside, I was in anger...because she really was rude with her attitude. But I didn´t do what she wanted, even though I could have chosen that dress after all.
