1) I did not suffer from RSI or SAD, but one of my friend have suffered from SAD,he usually suffers it when winter is near as I got to know it makes him feel depressed and tired, in term of being lazy the whole day and become a moody person the whole winter.
2) I have been thru back pain while I was studying in my secondary,I knew about these exercises but I have never get a use of it ,after sometime when I was suffering from the back pain I thought of doing some exercise which have mentioned in this topic ,after that it was noticeable how painful it was before and how good it was after the exercise and how good I’ve been in typewriting
3) First of all, people should stretch before they seat on computer ,they should know how long will it take for them to do work on the computer and depending on that they should do stretching before seating on computer for hours.
Secondly, people should get up and do exercise or stretch their arms ,neck and leg after every 30 minutes to make sure their body don’t get numb and pains for example having back pain ,people should stand up and stretch for 10-15 minutes.
Thirdly ,people can take a nap if they’ve been working for hours such as working for and hour or two they should better take a nap so that it doesn’t cause them body pain.
Fourthly, people should put some food next to themselves so that they don’t get hungry and forget it while working on computer it will cause them health issues as well.
Lastly ,people should wear protective glasses which will protect them from the computer brightness and put a glass of milk with some snacks which won’t make them much tired.
4) According to my knowledge I think the exercises described in the READING are very useful and effective ,besides it’s very important for every individual to take a good care of itself as for the exercises people will know and learn more about it and will start stretching regularly while working or before or even after to ensure their own body and health to be perfectly normal.
5) Regarding to my health ,I really care about myself and so I usually do exercises before going to work on computer,as mentioned above I usually do stretching after every 30 minutes, and every time I work I must have a glass of milk or a cup of tea to that makes me feel fresh and most importantly I take a nap if I work a lot ,this makes me stop getting bodily pain and feels super fresh and healthy.
