1. The work table must have enough space to place the file, and under the desk to have enough space to stretch the lower limbs.
2. The screen is placed in front of you, and when you're text of the general size, keep the distance at an appropriate distance
3. The use of a slug during the period may cause eye exhaustion. The best way to prevent it is to look at some of the scenery at the time, and to make eye movements.
4. Be comfortable when using a computer, such as suitable light and space
5. To master some correct working postures such as avoiding the mouse when using the mouse or using too much force to press the button, forward or flexing wrists and the mouse's living plane, be the same.
