Impressing an interviewing

I think these four qualities are really important as an entirety, wherever in my opinion two of them are the most important qualities when people are looking impress interviwers, they are qualifications and personality, the first one demostrate that people is interested in progressing and improving their life conditions, also qualifications shows people with opinions and ideas to improve and solve different situations. The second one, the personality, involve the other two qualities, so I mean that when you are looking for a job is really important show who are you.
