1.Stretch after an hour using the computer.
2.Keep your back straight.
3.Label all your important files.
4.After using computer for an hour, give some rest to you eyes by looking at sides for around 30 seconds.
5.Keep everything neat and tidy.

I have never suffered from SAD, because I like more winter than summer, especially I love the Christmas period for its bright lights on the streets and for its magic atmosphere. While, I suffered from RSI because I work in a office and I often don't hold my wrists straight. Another problem with my office work is that I suffer of sore eyes, especially at the end of the day I often feel my eyes tired. I suggest to everyone who bougth a computer that:
1. Don't spend too much time at the computer
2. You should hold your wrists straight and flat while you are typing
3. You should keep the straight back while you are sit
4. You should make a break each half hour
5. It's better don't look always at the screen, sometimes turns your head toward your shoulders.
I think that the exercises described in Reading are very useful and effective, even it is very difficult to put them in practice every day.
The best way to prevent the sore eyes while you are working is to see the landscape beyond the window.
