1) I haven't suffered from RSI but my cousin suffered from RSI. She was an employee and she always sat down in front of a computer. First, her shoulder was a bit sore and then her arm hurt.
2) It's very difficult to know if I sit and I type correctly when I use the computer. I am aware that I cross my legs very often. I know it's very bad for my back.
3)If you don't want to have aches and pain in the back, it's better to have an ergonomic
chair. You must put your arm on the desk. You shouldn't cross your legs.
You might take a break after an hour you are working.
4) Yes, I think that these exercices are very useful for my health.
5) Unfortunately, I don't manage to do these exercices alone. I decide every times to do exercices with a teacher but never without teacher. I would like to change my life and to get into the habit of doing exercices for my back, my neck and my shoulders.
I think that to stop typing for walking and stretching my arms and bend my wrists is very good.

I'm curious about your response that you exercise but with a teacher and not without him, since it is your health and you know that it is important to start making that decision for yourself, then you must take care and take into account the recommendations of the article and what What do you want to do to be better with your life? Thank you for your comments.
