1- i would say these exercises are designed in a productive grammar practice because they require writing
2- a- we can turn them into speaking activities by making pairs , example : one student says a sentence like (i think mathematics is hard) and the other student responds with two sentences, a positive and a negative one
b- it can be personalised if they talk about how they feel at school for the first exercise , for the second one they can take a picture for their living room and describe it themselves
c- communicating requires more than single learner , they should work as groups and talk about a specific subject
d- setting the exercise
1- i would tell the students to work in pairs and choose a partner
2- show them a picture and ask them to describe it
3- share your answers to your partner
4- feel free to give your opinion
5- discuss with other groups
