Answers
1-I don`t have RSI or SAD, but I had a work companion who suffered hard pain in your wrist.
2- I usually have a ergonomic chair. For my back the chair is very important.
Also I have a table appropriate at chair. Also I have 10 minuts of relax every two hours mor or less.
3- I give the three actions wich I say in last point 2.
4- I think the exercises described in reading , make relax in the back and the neck. I did this exercises and felt relax.
5- I didn't do exercises, but I proved or tested all this exercises and felt comfort and relax. I would advice their to my classemates

Good, I'm glad the exercises were useful Antonia. I think the most important thing is to take regular breaks...
