Foreign languages at school

I'm born in Tunisia the first language there is Arabic, the second is French and the third one is English if I am working in the education ministry I changed English to the second language in the country because I think it's the most spoken language in the world also it's called the global language of business so we can do business with more other countries and increase the economy.
